What makes a tutor good is a very subjective issue. Some tutors are good not because they are more knowledgeable about the subjects they are teaching but because they are driven by their own motivation to help the student.

No one is born perfect. And that goes to say that no one is born to be the perfect tutor. Experience is sought over time and confidence is built with experience. So dont start condemning yourself if you fail to live up to your own expectations as a good tutor.
